I have been practicing in the mental health field for more than 25 years. My goal is to provide my clients with a professional and confidential atmosphere where they can address their concerns. Sometimes we just need someone who is not involved with our situation to listen and provide us with an unbiased professional opinion. At other times, we may need some extra help making a difficult decision or may need to learn new strategies to manage a mental health or substance abuse condition of either ourselves or that of a loved one.
