I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, intrusive thoughts and related behaviors, depression, and work-related stress. I also offer multidisciplinary collaboration for those managing symptoms consistent with bipolar disorder. My goal is to provide evidence-based support and clinical insight as clients navigate challenging seasons and life events.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, patient-centered, and integrative. I believe that an individual's engagement is essential to the therapeutic process, goal setting, and treatment plan formulation. Building trust and honoring the therapeutic space are foundational to my role as a therapist.
I typically integrate Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, and incorporate other modalities when a client’s presenting symptoms and clinical history indicate the need.
