I am committed to providing high quality mental health and substance abuse services to individuals and couples. My goal is to provide clients with individual treatment needed to successfully learn how to cope with difficult life transitions and emotions. I provide therapy services for a range of issues including depression, grief and loss, anxiety, trauma, women's issues, substance use disorders, Marriage/relationship issues, job related stressors, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), panic disorder, and gender identity concerns. I also help those who are members of the LGBTQIA+ community as well. My non-judgmental approach helps to restore mental healing, instills hope and creates a pathway to peace of mind and total well-being.
