My name is Ashley Ikeda and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work primarily with adults and families, supporting clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My therapeutic approach is holistic and integrative and I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet each client’s unique needs.
I have advanced training in EMDR for trauma processing and regularly integrate evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) for OCD. I also incorporate elements of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, Psychodynamic and attachment-based therapies, depending on what will be most helpful for you.
At the core of my work is a collaborative and client-centered philosophy: I strive to create a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you can process difficult experiences, gain new perspectives, and reconnect with your strengths. Therapy with me is not about fixing who you are, but about helping you build resilience, shifting unhelpful patterns, and stepping into a more authentic and fulfilling version of yourself.
