Hello I would like to introduce myself. My name is Marlena Glenn. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. Would you like a safe non judgemental space to share your life challenges? Navigating through life while working, taking care of family and attending school can be difficult.  I provide support to children, teens and adults. During sessions, expect compassion, patience. empathy and encouragement. We will work collaboratively to identify life stressors and discuss healthy coping skills. My areas of training are: FMLA/Short term disability, Pre-marital, Marriage/Couples Counseling, Grief, Substance Use, Christian Counseling, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and Family Counseling. I hope this message finds you and your loved ones safe in the aftermath of the recent tornado in the St. Louis area. Natural disasters can be deeply unsettling and may bring up a wide range of emotions - from fear and confusion to grief and anxiety. Please know that your mental health and well-being remain my top priority. If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or simply need someone to talk to, I encourage you to reach out. Whether you're dealing with loss, displacement, or emotional distress, support is available.
