Life these days can be difficult to navigate, especially when we consider all that we need to place our focus on. Relationships, child-rearing, finances, job stress and life transitions can cause a huge amount of distress and at times may seem overwhelming when we don't have the skills necessary to navigate through them, but there is hope! My goal is to help people develop into healthy and whole individuals.
My practice focuses primarily on working with adults, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Therapies and other treatment modalities to help my clients navigate through their concerns. We will work together to determine what approach works best for your unique circumstances. I have a pragmatic approach to therapy and will treat every client with patience, empathy and in a non-judgmental way.
