You can do everything to set yourself up to thrive, but life is constantly changing. Not all change has felt good in my own life. Not all were easy exhales. Some were painful. Some were traumatic. Some were heartbreaking.
It has taken me a long time to learn how to make my own happiness. Having experienced many obstacles throughout my life, I’ve learned how to be resilient. By resilient, I mean having the right coping tools and skills to help yourself on the days you are struggling.
My practice is dedicated to helping women experiencing life transitions. I have a Master’s in Counseling with over 15 years of experience working with depression, anxiety, childhood emotional abuse, grief, PTSD, relationship issues, ADHD and ADHD Assessments. I am certified in the treatment of insomnia and sleep disorders and in treating alcohol and drug misuse.
My approach is based on your life issues and the support you’re seeking from therapy. I use cognitive and dialectical behavior therapies and solution-focused approaches. I will adapt each session and interaction to meet your unique and specific needs by providing the necessary skills to overcome your life challenges.
I would be honored to support you through your journey.
