I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Oklahoma, with 12 years' experience in the counseling field. I graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a master's degree in counseling. At an early age, I desired to be a helper. I am eclectic in the modalities that I utilize in therapy including, CBT, Person-Centered, Play Therapy, Reality, Faith-based interventions, Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused. In life every situation or problem has a "root." Discovering the root of a problem can assist an individual in discovering their true selves and abilities to live a happy, complete life. Increasing my knowledge allows me to assist clients with an ultimate experience of healing. I'm pleased to care for children, adults and families in obtaining, peace, self-love and good mental health. My calling is to be a beacon of light in my community and serve as needed. I enjoy church, singing, traveling and spending quality time with family and friends. Let healing begin!
