My work is characterized by assisting each person in finding meaning in their narratives, especially during existential crises or when confronting challenges as grief, sadness, loss, or overwhelming feelings. Through psychotherapy sessions, we can work on addressing symptoms associated with emotional disregulation, grief, depression, or panic attacks. The goal is to achieve emotional stability.
