I am a therapist with over 20 years of experience working with individuals from all backgrounds, all walks of life, struggling with mental health and addiction problems. I am very passionate about helping people overcome life challenges and make positive changes in their lives. I am trained in several therapy modalities that are evidence based for various mental health problems including life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and addiction. My approach is client-centered and strength-based. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to share their struggles and be heard. I help individuals gain healthy coping skills, identify their strengths to manage and overcome life and mental health challenges. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and individuals are the experts of their life.
