My background as an international aid worker supporting people impacted by war has given me experience in working within a wide range of cultures, beliefs, and traumatic impacts that significantly inform my current work as a therapist. My love of dance has led me to incorporate mind-body awareness and connection in therapy, and I pay attention to the ways that physical health and nutrition impact emotional and mental wellbeing. I love working with clients who are ready to deeply explore who they really are and what they truly desire in life. My approach is highly intuitive and responsive to the unique needs, worldview, and spiritual perspectives of the client to meet them where they are in their journey. Together we discover and heal the wounds, beliefs, patterns and symptoms that keep the client from thriving.
