Most people face challenges that leave them feeling stuck—whether it’s unresolved anger, addiction, grief, difficulty forgiving, conflict, career transitions, burnout, or the need to feel heard. These concerns are more common than we think, and addressing them can create lasting, meaningful change.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), and Certified Grief Specialist. For over 20 years, I’ve held leadership roles at USC’s Center for Work and Family Life, offering compassionate, strategic support to faculty, staff, and medical professionals.
It’s my passion and privilege to help people develop practical strategies for greater fulfillment, purpose, and balance. I've also taught at USC’s School of Social Work and maintained a private practice in Santa Monica and the South Bay, deepening my work in the mind-body connection and building trust across diverse communities.
