I have over 15 years experience working in the mental health field with individuals and groups. I have worked in clinical settings including supervising programs and departments offering mental health and substance use disorder treatment. I now work solely with individual adults in private practice.
My approach to therapy starts with a commitment to get to know and understand you, your goals, and life experiences in order to develop a genuine connection and to meet your needs. I encourage the importance of self-compassion and understanding for yourself in order to nurture a healing approach.
I have experience in addressing life challenges, stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and addictions. I offer approaches that include talk therapy, parts work, mindfulness, self-introspection and varying approaches to spiritual psychotherapy as well as identifying and dealing with unhealthy relationships and environments.
