LaDonna Malone is a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas and licensed to serve clients in both Texas and Arizona. With over 13 years of experience, she has walked alongside individuals and couples through the highs, lows, and in-betweens of life. She is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trained in Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Therapy. For clients who desire a spiritual lens in their healing journey, LaDonna also offers Faith-Based Therapy.
Her therapeutic approach is eclectic, pulling from a range of evidence-based modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. LaDonna believes healing isn’t one-size-fits-all—so she works intentionally to tailor sessions in a way that feels real, relevant, and impactful for each individual client.
She supports clients navigating depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, intimacy concerns, and women’s issues but she is not not limited to those areas. She also holds special space for those facing the deep pain of trauma, infidelity, marital issues, and/or emotional wounds—including experiences of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse.
LaDonna is known for being empathetic, non-judgmental, and honest, while also offering clients the kind of gentle-but-direct insight that promotes real growth. She’s not afraid to lovingly challenge patterns that no longer serve you—because her goal isn’t just to help you feel better, but to help you live better.
Above all, LaDonna provides a safe space where clients can embrace where they are, accept where they’ve been, and evolve into who they want to become. She believes therapy should be a place where masks can come off, healing can begin, and lasting change can unfold.
LaDonna’s mission is simple but transformational:
Helping you accept who you were, embrace who you are, and evolve into who you want to become.
