Aloha, I’m Juliana, a licensed psychotherapist (LMFT) in California, dedicated to guiding women through deep healing and transformation. My journey into mental health began in 2009 after the profound loss of my father to suicide, an experience that shaped my commitment to understanding trauma, grief, and the complexities of the human experience. I have been licensed since 2017 and bring over 15 years of hands-on experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and families navigating trauma, relational wounds, and patterns that keep them feeling stuck.
I believe that true healing is possible when we reconnect with the wisdom of the body, nurture our inner child, and embrace the hidden parts of ourselves with compassion. My work blends somatic practices, attachment-based therapy, and psycho-spiritual tools to help my clients build inner security, process accumulated pain, and reclaim their authentic voice. I integrate somatic awareness, inner child work, and shadow integration to guide women not just toward healing, but toward empowerment, transformation, and self-trust.
My approach is warm, intuitive, and deeply integrative, honoring each woman exactly where she is. I meet clients with sensitivity to the cultural, spiritual, and personal dimensions that shape their daily experience. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy for women, helping them navigate grief, relational wounds, and life transitions with courage, insight, and compassion.
Beyond therapy, I create programs designed to educate, support, and inspire, empowering women to remember their wholeness, rewrite old narratives, and cultivate the freedom to live authentically. My work is not about “fixing”—it’s about remembering, integrating, and transforming into the fullest expression of self.
