My approach to therapy is eclectic and flexible. Together we make it what you need. I use CBT, DBT, mindfulness, etc., but at the end of the day it's about a safe space for you to explore. We will honor all your intersecting identities and even examine the systems that impact your life. Above all, I'll show up as my authentic self so you can do that same!
