My specialty is providing evidence-based interventions to lessen the harmful consequences of emotional exhaustion, and anxiety due to both work and personal circumstances. I specialize in helping you capitalize on your strengths and improve on areas you want to change. I draw upon CBT, mindfulness, and proven behavioral science methods to guid our work. I am an award-winning author and speaker with four books that showcase my commitment to helping people make positive changes. I teach Behavioral Science at Northeastern University, and have received numerous awards for my devotion to improving mental health.
