I'm an extensively-trained psychoanalyst and psychotherapist in private practice who has worked with adults for nearly 23 years. I utilize my years of psychodynamic and psychoanalytic training, in addition to evidenced-based practices, in counseling patients. Modalities used in my practice include CBT, ACT, DBT, IMAGO, and psychodynamic and relational approaches. An essential feature of this therapy is the development of a unique and trusting relationship between client and therapist.
