Hi! My name is Gaby. Are you struggling with anxiety or depression? Maybe it's yourself? I can help! I specialize with children, teens and adults with anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. In therapy, you or your child will learn strategies to help them figure out what makes them feel this way and coping skills with how to handle these emotions wherever they go and any situation they are in. My goal is to guide them into unlocking their confidence (they have it in them, they may not know it yet!) and being able to thrive in their lives.
