Compassion, humor, and honesty are key components to my practice as a licensed professional counselor. I have a profound respect for the human spirit and believe that we all have the capacity to experience life meaningfully, with purpose and joy. Effective therapy can provide insight, improved coping skills, and release of deeply held burden. I utilize a holistic approach to treatment (bringing together the mind, body, and spirit) when working with trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and depression symptoms.
