Life transitions are difficult. As humans we face many challenges be it stress, career change, relationships, parenting, or loss. It is amazing how powerful the mind is and the ability to improve our lives by identifying thoughts that have us stuck. My goal as a therapist is to help you learn tools so you can fully carry out your purpose. As a Catholic Christian I understand the significance of spirituality in a person's development. I will respect your values and never push my beliefs on you. I earned my Master’s degree from Western Michigan University in 2006 and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I also hold a School Counseling License and worked with middle and high schools for 16 years. I have been married for over twenty years and have four children. We aren’t meant to struggle through life on our own. Reaching out for support is a sign of strength. Let’s build on that together.
