I am a clinical psychologist, having earned my doctoral degree from the New School for Social Research. I utilize an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy, drawing from psychodynamic and family system theories, as well as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in order to best meet the individual needs of my patients. I have a warm, friendly and thoughtful demeanor which I believe helps to create a safe and comfortable space for patients to recognize patterns of thinking and behaving that are affecting their lives, as well as deepen self- awareness, and gain personal acceptance. I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples and families, with a particular interest in helping patients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, anger, interpersonal difficulties, and uncertainty about work and life goals.
