I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and started my career as an adolescent at a daycare center. Social work became my passion at that time, and I enjoyed developing relationships with both the children and their families. Years later, I went on to receive a bachelor’s degree and then a master’s degree in Social Work. In 2006, I became licensed as a Social Worker. I now proudly call the Hudson Valley my home and have loved living Upstate for over 20 years with my family.
I believe change happens when you are ready. My approach is strengths-based and solution-focused. I believe in understanding someone’s heart and seeing them for whom they want to be. My empathy and compassion show through in my work. I look forward to helping individuals reach their life goals.
