I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in CA since 2017. I graduated from USC in 2012 with an MSW and Biola in 2010 with my BA IN Psychology. I have worked in a variety of different mental health settings such as school mental health, mental health, eating disorder clinic, behavior therapy setting, and college mental health, and been a private practice therapist for the last 2 years. I have focused on a variety of different areas such as overall mental health, eating disorders, behavior, anxiety, My style is to explore areas where clients want to focus and see the most growth. I engage clients in the process of identifying the goals they want for the session. I use an integrative approach and will draw in practical skills from therapeutic approaches such as DBT, CBT, and ACT to help patients develop practical coping skills they can apply in everyday.
