Hi. I’ve been fortunate to have worked in the behavioral/mental health field over the last 20-years. A safe space where the client feels heard and valued is integral to the therapeutic alliance. My emphasis with Spring Health is to work with adults that are in need of support around issues with ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relationships, performance, employment, and substance use concerns.
