ACC (Acceptance and Commitment towards Change) LLC takes a holistic approach to helping individuals with mental health & behavioral concerns (currently through telehealth). My goal is to empower and assist individuals, families, and groups heal through the process of change. For over 20 years, I have been able to assist others through psychotherapy and case management to work through life challenges. You are not alone. Help is only a phone call away. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a dual Master's degree in Divinity. Life coaching and clincial supervison is also my speciality. Currently in the pre-certification process for EMDR.
