I am a licensed clinical social worker and therapist with nearly twenty years of experience in the field. I hold a B.A. in Film Studies from the University of Pittsburgh, and an MSW in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. I completed the three-year intensive training program in Gestalt Therapy from the Gestalt Therapy Institute of Philadelphia in 2012. My areas of clinical expertise include trauma, neurodivergence, perfectionism, anxiety, emerging identity, attachment, and ambiguous loss. I frequently work with high achievers, particularly those in the fields of medicine and law, on healing practices in support of living more fully and authentically. I have also supervised, consulted, and trained other clinicians and professionals around issues relating to gender and sexuality, neurodivergence, and self-care from a somatic therapy perspective. I am based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
