I am an African American Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a decade of experience in the field of mental health. As someone who balances the roles of career woman, wife, and mother, I share the lived experiences of many of my clients. With a strong Christian foundation, I believe in my calling to uplift and support individuals through seasons of transition. My practice focuses on helping those experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship issues, as well as those struggling to balance multiple responsibilities. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care to help my clients achieve their mental health and personal goals. I strive to destigmatize thoughts related to mental health and counseling. Seeking help does not mean you are "crazy."
