My approach to treatment is to provide a safe, open space that fosters each client’s unique journey toward healing and growth. I believe every person has an innate sense of where they want to be, and my role is to help explore those feelings and offer support along the way. I enjoy working with diverse clients of all ages, races, ethnicities, gender identities, and sexual orientations.
My areas of emphasis include strengthening the bond and attachment between infants and their caregivers, trauma resolution, depression, anxiety, personal growth, and relationship challenges. I also specialize in working with children and adolescents experiencing behavioral issues and parenting difficulties.
I have extensive experience supporting at-risk youth and children who have experienced trauma. My clinical approach is integrative, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and psychodynamic theory.
