I am a small town girl, originally from Virginia, who always dreamed and thought big. That has not changed after all of these years. Throughout my life journey I have learned that we all are here for one reason, and that is to help someone else. I became inspired to enter the counseling profession to do just that! I have over two decades of experience in mental health and psychotherapy. My style is eclectic and tailored to the individual. I have specific experience working with trauma victims, including the areas of sexual trauma, depression, anxiety, and PTSD with teens through late adulthood. I am also skilled in life coaching.
