I want therapy to be a good experience for you. In working together I want you to feel heard, understood and as comfortable as possible. I find most people struggle with knowing and honoring their needs/feelings, approaching themselves with compassion, and finding peace with who they are and their life circumstances. I tend to use a combination of cognitive-behavioral, existential, attachment, and psychodynamic therapies to assist you in developing increased self awareness, learning intentional coping skills and making decisions that align better with who you are or want to be. I employ a balance of non-judgment, humor and appropriate bluntness to support you in overcoming unhelpful patterns/behaviors. I hope to connect with you from a place of authenticity in normalizing being human. It's a privilege to help you navigate life transitions, feeling lost, grief/loss, anxiety, depression and any other unique situations that arise.
