I am a highly professional, compassionate, responsive, and experienced therapist who will meet each client where they are at. I offer an opportunity to hold space in a non-judgmental manner, using my intuition and maturation of understanding of the emotional landscape within the limbic system to provide support. When requested I will offer grounding solution-focused opportunities to improve the situations, emotional responses, and the lives of my clients. My natural tendencies are to provide empathy and warmth and to teach and model skills and new tools through active listening, vis a vie validation and empowering interventions/ cognitive behavioral interventions/ and mindfulness opportunities. I help my clients to feel a connection and that they are being listening to, understood, and cared for.
