Let's face it... Shift happens! We all experience moments, events, and situations that seem to knock us off our center such as marriage, divorce, pregnancy, parenthood, loss, career transitions, becoming an adult, health diagnosis, and retirement... to name a few! When these shifts happen, we desperately wish our responsibilities would pause for a minute while we find our footing, but they don’t. We must keep working, loving, and living through it all! But you do not have to do it alone! I am dedicated to helping my clients release self-judgment, learn how to regulate their nervous system, and free themselves from old ways of existing to access the strength and inner resolve needed to live each day in prosperity. My approach is gentle, yet honest, utilizing a combination of cognitive and somatic therapies. I view each client through a humanistic and multicultural lens. When I'm not in session you can find me running behind my 4-year-old or enjoying a good meal with friends!
