Positive change occurs through building on one's strength. I aim to create a therapeutic collaboration, understanding, and empowerment space where you feel heard, supported, and challenged. My therapeutic approach is integrated and is most heavily influenced by Humanistic, Adlerian psychology, Liberation Psychology, and other holistic and wellness-based approaches with a multicultural and social justice lens. I utilize creativity and the expressive arts to facilitate deep reflection and introspection and foster transformative experiences and growth. I am a certified trauma-informed counselor and Brainspotting practitioner. My clinical focus is PTSD/cPTSD, developmental/childhood trauma, Anxiety/Mood, Addictions/ Co-occurring disorders, racial trauma, Gender Identity, Sexuality, and Couples poly/ENM/kink friendly.
