Life doesn’t always go according to plan. And, sometimes there isn’t a plan, or it’s someone else’s plan, or the plan simply isn’t working. I offer a compassionate space where you can feel safe and supported as we explore the unexpected or ongoing turbulence your life. My work focuses on healing from trauma, adoption related issues, relationship issues, substance abuse/addiction, life and belief transitions, anxiety, depression and grief. I work with youth, adults, and couples who come from a broad spectrum of cultural and spiritual backgrounds, gender identities and sexual orientations. I am committed to being there to help you understand your worth and guiding you toward finding your purpose. Open to working with children and adolescents ages 9 and older.
