My name is Kimberly. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I have a Master’s in Public Health and a Master’s in Social Work. I have over five years of experience in mental health and medical social work. I received the majority of my training in an inpatient mental health and hospital setting. I am passionate about working with those suffering from depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief, caregiver stress, relationship issues and coping with life changes. It is important for my clients to be comfortable, agreeable and involved throughout the treatment process. Treatment plans are individualized to meet your needs because one size does not fit all. I use a person centered holistic approach that focuses on my clients as whole. I use motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy.
