My style is warm, candid, and strengths-based. I integrate mindfulness, DBT, CBT, and behavior modification techniques, along with wisdom that comes from years of clinical practice and lived experience. In addition to over 20 years of diverse clinical and corporate experience, I started my career as a singer and music educator. As an artist, & clinician, I enjoy using creativity and imagination as a means for processing difficult emotions, and promoting healing and wholeness.
