I work from a holistic-feminist perspective, focused on creating meaning while helping you to manage emotional distress and relationship issues. Our work together will focus on your whole person, including a wellness approach to mental health. Additionally, I practice EMDR and the Safe and Sound Protocol for nervous system resiliency and trauma. I work with women ages 19+ and the LGBTQ+ population to help you achieve these goals in a safe, affirming environment. It is my belief that the client-therapist relationship is the foundation for change, so I tailor each session to meet your needs and goals.
