I have been providing individual counseling to those struggling with adjustment disorder, anxiety, depression, marital issues and career choices. I have 13 years experience working with individual adults and children, couples and families. I also teach parent coaching to help children and parents create positive behaviors. Supervision of other counselors and support groups for therapists keeps me up to date and in tune with issues that are present in today's society.
