Life often takes us to a place where thriving feels like an impossible task, then leaves us feeling stuck in a cycle that doesn't bring us peace. If you often feel this way, I am here to offer support. I see the process of being in therapy is like learning a new language. The more we practice, the more fluent we become. Once we've become fluent in the language, we then seek out people who can speak the same language. I see mental health and relationship from a similar lens. Once we are able to practice self-attunement and care for ourselves, we seek out people who are able to respect and care for us in the way that we respect and care for ourselves. Throughout my professional career, I have worked in a residential setting, community mental health agency, and outpatient clinics. I am passionate in working with individuals in the Asian/Asian-American and LGBTQIA+ communities, who struggle with trauma-related disorders, eating disorders, relationship issues, and anxiety.
