With almost 15 years of clinical experience, I've had the privilege of working with individuals in a wide range of settings, including hospitals, crisis intervention, outpatient clinics, group therapy, and treatment centers. This diverse professional background has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of mental health challenges and the most effective ways to support clients on their healing journeys. My practice is built on the foundation of self-compassion. I believe that by cultivating kindness, grace, and understanding for ourselves, we can navigate even the most challenging past, present, or future experiences. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and compassion-focused and trauma-informed approaches, to tailor our work to your unique needs. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and safe therapeutic environment, whether we're meeting in person or virtually. I value open communication and honesty, and I'm committed to being a safe and trusted partner as we work through life's many challenges together. I am an affirming therapist for the LGBTQIA+ community, dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive space for all. I work with clients facing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, addiction, and grief and loss. I also have a special interest in women's mental health, offering dedicated support for challenges related to pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and pregnancy loss. I look forward to the opportunity to connect with you and explore how we can work together to foster your well-being.
