My practice is built on the foundation of self-compassion. I believe that by cultivating kindness, grace, and understanding for ourselves, we can navigate even the most challenging past, present, or future experiences. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and compassion-focused and trauma-informed approaches, to tailor our work to your unique needs.

I work with clients facing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, addiction, and grief and loss. I also have a special interest in women's mental health, offering dedicated support for challenges related to pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and pregnancy loss.
