I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania with more than 4 years of experience providing psychotherapy, assessment, and treatment planning to adults of all ages seeking help with addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, life transitional issues, ADHD, family conflict, and more.
I completed my Bachelor of Science degree at The University of Scranton and received my Master of Social Service degree at Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research. I utilize collaborative, strengths-based, experiential, and mindfulness-based approaches to therapy to meet an individual's unique needs.
As your therapist, I will offer a comfortable and nonjudgmental space and seek to offer guidance to individuals who are looking to reach their goals and who have an interest in change and growth.
