When I retired from the United States Air Force, I wanted to use my natural intuitive abilities to help others in a more formalized way. I have always been told that I'm a good listener and give great advice. As a therapist, I don't give advice; however, I help create an environment where clients experience layers of limiting beliefs being removed. We discuss values, desires, how to effectively communicate and much more. This paves the way for their inner wisdom to advise them on what is best, and they have the confidence to act for positive changes in their life.
I am a holistic practitioner with a solid foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am experienced in a variety of treatment modalities that I tailor to individual clients' needs. I hold certifications in integrative mental health and Trauma Focused CBT. I have formal training in energy psychology methods like Emotional Freedom Technique and Acceptance and Integration Training. Additionally, I am a Positive Discipline parent educator and advocate for coparents and parents in blended families.
