I specialized in Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Mood Disorder, Life Issues, Women Issues, and Trauma. My theoretical framework is Cognitive Behavioral Techniques and Mindfulness Technique. One important thing I emphasized in my therapeutic model is building rapport. Building rapport with your therapist is everything. This is important because it does affect one's treatment outcome. I always focus on the client's well being and what can make them a better person as well.
