I am Al Thomas. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am located in South Carolina. I have over 15 years of experience as counselor. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and elements of Clinical Hypnotherapy for those who are interested in trying it.
