Hi, My name is Livia Chen. I’m a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with a passion for supporting children, parents, and adults. On SpringHealth, I provide Live Audio Session and Message-based services for parents, teens, and adults experiencing life challenges, stress, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, or simply needing a safe, supportive space to process and cope. I was born and raised in Taiwan, I bring a culturally sensitive approach and strive to honor the diverse beliefs, values, and perspectives of each client. I speak English, Mandarin, Taiwanese, and Cantonese.
