I am a bilingual Clinician serving both adults and children striving to provide a warm and collaborative approach to Counseling. I know that by the time you reach out for therapy, you have spent countless hours considering what to do next. My goal is to offer all my clients a space where you feel safe to navigate life struggles, make progress and begin healing through a therapy journey. I have training and expertise in working with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, phase of life changes, trauma and more. I also have training and expertise in working with children and play therapy, and teen therapy. The decision to start therapy can feel scary and unfamiliar, however, it would be my honor to help overcome those fears by starting this journey with you.
