I am passionate about what the effects of wellness can do to every level of one’s being. I have experienced firsthand the effects of having a good self-care plan, therapy, good support system and realizes fully how having these strategies in place can be an incredible source of reassurance, growth, healing, and development. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as mindfulness, meditation, CPT, CBT, and EMDR. I have over 20 years of experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, substance abuse, bipolar, schizophrenia, PTSD, and other mental health issues. I have several years throughout my career witnessed countless individuals change their perspective about their life which caused them to live the life that they desired. I hold a master’s degree in counseling psychology.
