I am a licensed clinical social worker committed to treating individuals and families. I utilize an integrative approach to help my clients get through life challenges. In my experience working with children, youth and families, I've had the opportunity to work with individuals and families from different backgrounds to help them make positive changes in life. I utilize a variety of evidence based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing and mindfulness. I am passionate about helping others learn positive coping skills as well as accomplish personal growth.
