I believe all people are capable of healing and feeling their best, regardless of the reason for seeking therapy. We cannot control the majority of what we experience, making humans easy candidates for feeling stuck or mentally unwell. Whether you’re ready to process unresolved trauma, struggling with a relationship or transition, experiencing increased anxiety and depression- or anything in between, I’d love to hold space for you. I have several years experience working with adolescents, adults and families in a variety of settings. I have a passion for working with trauma, whether big or small. I am EMDR trained and incorporate these techniques into my practice whenever possible.
